Who we are
MediBridge China helps international visitors navigate China with greater confidence and ease. From medical appointment coordination and interpretation support to traditional wellness experiences and cultural journeys, we bring the right local knowledge and thoughtful assistance to every step of your visit.

Thoughtful coordination means a person reads your request and answers it, rather than a system assembling a package. Clear communication means you always know what is confirmed, what is still pending, and what is not ours to promise.
What we do — and what we do not do
We provide information, coordination, non-clinical accompaniment, interpretation support and travel planning. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical institution, and we do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment. All medical decisions and treatments are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions.
What we will never claim
We do not claim medical superiority, guaranteed appointments, guaranteed treatment outcomes, or partnerships that do not exist in writing. Healthcare institutions shown on this site come from a register our team maintains and checks against official public sources, and we record when each entry was last reviewed.
Where we are going
We start with Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing because they are where our people and our experience are. The platform is built so further cities, institutions and service providers can be added as we grow — without changing the promises we make to travellers.
