Hospital information & navigation

Understand which public hospitals and departments may be relevant, and how registration, payment and building layouts actually work.

We explain the public information that is genuinely hard to find from abroad: which institutions list a given department, what the registration channels are, where international departments sit, and what to bring. We walk you through the building on the day if you want company. We do not advise on treatment and we do not present an unverified institution as recommended.

Specialist appointment coordination

Help preparing the information a hospital asks for and working through registration channels. Availability is always decided by the institution.

We help you identify the department that matches the concern you describe, prepare the summary a hospital will ask for, and support you through registration and payment. We never state that an appointment is secured until the institution confirms it, and we do not contact clinicians on your behalf in ways that would misrepresent your relationship with us.

Non-clinical accompaniment

A calm person beside you for registration, corridors, queues and pharmacy — logistics only, never clinical judgement.

Our companion handles the practical side of a hospital visit: arriving on time, finding the right floor, keeping documents in order, and making sure you understand what happens next. They are not clinicians and will not interpret results or advise on care. A written visit summary is provided afterwards so you can share it with your own doctor.

Medical communication support

English–Chinese interpretation during consultations, so you can ask your own questions and hear the answers directly.

An interpreter accompanies you in the consulting room and interprets faithfully — nothing added, nothing softened. Interpretation is a language service; it is not medical advice, and our interpreters do not make clinical recommendations.

Medical document translation coordination

Coordination of translation for reports and records you choose to share, with confidentiality agreed in writing first.

If a hospital asks for a translated report, we coordinate a professional translator and agree confidentiality in writing before anything is shared. We keep the minimum necessary copies and tell you who has seen them.

TCM consultation coordination

Introductions to licensed traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, with interpretation and clear expectations.

We coordinate appointments with licensed practitioners in regulated clinics, and interpret if needed. What a consultation involves, how long it takes and what it costs is set by the practitioner. We do not recommend specific treatments, and TCM is presented as a cultural and wellness experience, not as a substitute for medical care.

Tea & seasonal wellness experience

A half day in the tea hills: picking, tasting, and the seasonal habits that shape everyday health culture here.

A guided half day in the Longjing hills or a city tea house: how tea is grown and graded, how it is brewed, and the seasonal eating and resting habits that sit behind Chinese wellness culture. No medical claims are made about any tea or practice.

Private local guide

A fluent, locally rooted guide for a day of walking, eating and looking — shaped around what you actually enjoy.

A private guide for a half or full day, in English, planned around your interests rather than a fixed route. Guides are independent professionals engaged for your dates; we confirm their availability before quoting.

Neighbourhood food walk

Breakfast stalls, wet markets and family-run kitchens, with someone who can order for you and explain what you are eating.

Three to four hours on foot through one neighbourhood, eating where locals eat. We plan around dietary restrictions in advance and keep the group small enough to sit at the same table.

Water town day trip

A day out of the city to canals, stone bridges and quieter lanes, with transport and timing handled.

A full day including private transport, a guide and a route that avoids the busiest hours. Entrance tickets are booked in your name and shown separately on the quotation.

Personal itinerary design

A day-by-day plan built around your pace, mobility, interests and appetite — reviewed by a person, not generated.

We design the shape of your days: what to see, in what order, how long to stay and how to get between places, including rest and contingency time. You receive a written itinerary with estimated costs, and revisions are included until it fits.

Transport & airport transfers

Private cars, high-speed rail bookings and airport pickups, timed around your appointments rather than the other way round.

Airport and station transfers, a car with driver for the day, and high-speed rail tickets booked in your name. Fares are quoted separately from our coordination fee, and vehicle class is agreed in writing.

Accommodation coordination

Hotel suggestions matched to your appointments and walking preferences, with booking handled in your name.

We suggest a short list of hotels based on travel time to your appointments, quietness, accessibility and budget, then book in your name. Room rates are set and charged by the hotel.

Everyday interpretation support

For pharmacies, SIM cards, taxi negotiations and the small conversations that make a trip feel easy.

An interpreter by the hour for everyday situations outside clinical settings: shopping, transport, pharmacies, paperwork at a hotel. Booked in blocks, with a minimum of two hours.
