Medical disclaimer

What we are, what we are not, and what we will never claim.

MediBridge China is a medical and travel coordination service, not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment. All medical decisions and treatments are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. Appointment availability, treatment suitability and clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Draft — pending legal review

Working draft, subject to legal review before publication. Read together with our terms of service.

We are not a healthcare provider

That boundary is what makes the other promises possible: we do not run a clinic, we do not employ doctors, we do not sell or source medicines, and we do not issue medical documents. Whatever you receive at a hospital — a diagnosis, a prescription, a procedure — is made and owned by that hospital's licensed clinicians. What we add is language, paperwork, scheduling and company.

What we actually do

We gather public information, help you understand which hospital departments may be relevant, prepare the documents a hospital asks for, coordinate through official registration channels, provide interpretation and non-clinical accompaniment, and arrange the travel around an appointment.

What this site never claims

No statement here is medical advice, a recommendation of a particular treatment, a claim of medical superiority, a guarantee of an appointment, or evidence of a partnership with any hospital or clinic. Institutions we list come from our own reviewed register and are described for navigation only.

Information is not a diagnosis

Descriptions of departments, services and wellness practices are general and educational. They cannot replace an assessment by a qualified clinician who has examined you, and they should not delay you seeking care.

Wellness and cultural experiences

Traditional Chinese medicine and wellness activities we arrange are cultural and experiential. They are not medical treatment, and no practitioner is presented as diagnosing or curing illness through them.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If you are seriously unwell in mainland China, call 120 for an ambulance or 110 for police, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Corrections

If anything on this site reads as a medical promise, tell us and we will correct it. Contact channels are published before public launch.
