A member of our team reads your request, checks whether our verified resources match what you need, and notes anything missing. You receive a reference number to quote in any conversation.

We suggest possible days, attractions and service categories, clearly marked as preliminary. Anything that depends on a hospital, a specialist or a third party is listed as requiring confirmation.

After a conversation — by email or WhatsApp — we prepare a tailored itinerary and an itemised quotation. Fees for our coordination are separated from third-party and medical provider fees, which are paid to those providers directly.

Services begin only after written confirmation. Appointments remain subject to the provider's own scheduling, and we never present an appointment as secured before it is.
